The AI governance company is moving Assessed Govern toward production with two design partners, beginning with healthcare AI and Financial Technology.
CANTON, OHIO, OH, UNITED STATES, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Assessed Solutions, the AI governance platform company and a subsidiary of Assessed Intelligence, has been accepted into the Google for Startups Cloud Program and is participating in the Harvard Business School (HBS) Foundry Startup Bootcamp. Both programs support the company as it moves its first product, Assessed Govern, from design partner deployments toward production.
Assessed Intelligence research found that 76% of critical-sector companies have AI risk governance gaps (Assessed Intelligence Research, Q1 2026). Over three years of assessing AI systems in defense, healthcare, finance, and public-sector organizations, the firm’s advisors and auditors found those gaps in the distance between what a policy says and what a system actually does. Point-in-time reviews cannot close that distance, because a review completed last quarter describes a system that has since changed.
The same need surfaced beyond the enterprise. As a member of the inaugural cohort of the United Nations Development Programme’s AI Trust and Safety Re-imagination Lab, Assessed Intelligence worked with organizations deploying AI across sectors, regions, and levels of resources. Those organizations needed one common foundation for governing AI, applied to their own regulations, risks, and budgets. That requirement shaped the ARISE Framework®: one control set, cross walked to the obligations each organization actually faces.
Assessed Govern applies that model continuously. The platform connects to source repositories, cloud environments, identity systems, and pipelines, then builds a manifest of each AI system’s models, agents, tools, permissions, and data interactions. It evaluates that manifest against the ARISE Framework’s 128 controls and 953 requirements across seven domains, using deterministic rules so that results can be reproduced. ARISE has 40 published mappings, including the NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, the EU AI Act, and GDPR. Evidence carries an expiry; every change is checked against the approved baseline, and each system has a tamper-evident determination record.
The two programs address different parts of that path to production. Assessed Solutions is using the Google for Startups Cloud Program, which provides Google Cloud credits and technical support, to move Assessed Govern to production on infrastructure that meets the security and data isolation requirements of regulated customers. Dr. Joshua Scarpino, the company’s founder and CEO, is using the eight-week HBS Foundry Startup Bootcamp, which began October 1, 2026, to refine its business model and go-to-market strategy for healthcare AI.
Customer work is advancing alongside both programs. In October, Assessed Solutions established MOUs with two design partners, a healthcare AI startup and a blockchain AI startup, to run Assessed Govern on live systems. The company also completed six interviews with prospective customers to test where governance reviews break down and what evidence reviewers trust.
