CST Utilities, Precise Boring of Ohio, Daystar Directional Drilling, and Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer & Drain Cleaning (the ‘operating companies’) rebrand their parent company to GRIT Infrastructure. Moving forward, each operating company will keep its local brand and operate as “a GRIT Infrastructure company.”
The operating companies have worked side by side, sharing equipment, people, and know-how on underground projects across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania for years. GRIT Infrastructure gives the parent its own identity, one that reflects the work of all four companies while allowing the individual operating companies to maintain their local branding.

This announcement does not cause any changes for customers or vendors. Each local operating company keeps its name, crews, phone numbers, contracts, and points of contact. Purchase orders, master service agreements, invoices, and payment instructions stay as they are today.
