BUFFALO, N.Y., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — New Era, the international sports and lifestyle brand, and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen are proud to announce the special release of the 2026 Billustration Collection, featuring eight new designs created by children receiving care at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo), formerly Oishei Children’s Hospital.

During the 2025 NFL season, Allen expanded his long-standing partnership with New Era, becoming the first ambassador to receive an investment stake in the company and taking on the role of New Era’s first-ever “Director of Billustration.”

Following last season’s Billustration campaign, which raised $140,230 for the Patricia Allen Fund at GCH Buffalo, New Era and Allen are bringing the fan-favorite concept back for 2026. Beginning today, fans can collect all eight designs, with every purchase benefiting the Patricia Allen Fund at GCH Buffalo. Allen will wear the corresponding cap during his tunnel walk at each Bills regular-season home game.

For the first time ever, the Collection will be available in three different cap silhouettes: the 9SEVENTY^®, the 59FIFTY^®, and a kids’ 9FORTY^®.
